Kutcher $290 Million Court Battle In Moore Divorce Settlement-Kutcher $290 Million Court Battle – Kutcher $290 Million Court BattleKutcher has a lot more to lose than Moore being his wife. He could lose upwards of $290 million in a divorce court battle in Los Angeles. Demi and Ashton have announced their intention to divorce after six years, but what is weighing heavier is the question hanging over their financial settlement.

The Hollywood A-list couple are said to have between them a $290 million fortune, but the division of assets may not be a simple process, depending on whether they signed a prenup when they married in 2005.

If they hadn’t signed the prenup and if the divorce is filed in California, the couple can expect to split their assets 50-50.

According to HollywoodLife.com, divorce lawyer Paul Catsandoni, who is not involved in the case, said that Kutcher’s alleged affair would not affect the division of funds under California law if there is no prenup in place.

“Ashton’s income from his new sitcom Two And a Half Men will be considered marital property until someone files for divorce,” the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.

“Ashton’s alleged affair also won’t affect the division of funds. If they didn’t sign a prenup, they can expect to split their worth in half,” he said.

According to celebritynetworth.com, the 49-year-old actress is worth $10 million more than the 33-year-old actor, and there is also the $90 million divorce settlement from her former husband Bruce Willis back in 2000, two years after they separated.

Kutcher is also not lagging behind when it comes to making money, as he has already made millions from investments in around 40 different tech projects including Skype.

Add to these is Kutcher’s mammoth $800,000 per episode on the CBS sitcom “Two And A Half Men.”
